DigiSource's Client is Best Asian Marketing, hiring SOPs & Training Manager.

(1) Buildup / Create and Manage SOP
- Lead the efforts and process to gather, reate SOP requirements.
- Act as the supportive source of knowledge for all SOPs and internal policy documents.
- Assist internal team and partners to document processes, develop flowcharts, and draft SOPs. 
- Apply established procedures and guidelines to the keeping of records and the preparation of standardized reports.
- Understand and execute oral and written instructions, policies, and procedures.
(2) Training management
(3) Improvement
- Lead the efforts and process to gather and create process improvements.
- Lead the analysis and recommendations for SOP effectiveness.
- Conduct staff interviews and review/research work products to aid in the development of SOPs
- Contribute to the development of informational or technical documents. 

Yêu cầu công việc

(1) Deep experience in Training and SOP
˗ Certification in quality methodologies are a plus,
˗ Strong technical documentation skills. Technical writing skills a plus,
˗ Ability to collect, organize, analyze, distill and document significant amounts of information and process steps,
˗ Ability to learn and work with custom software applications utilized by tech company.
(2) Critical requirements
˗ Strong analytical, oral and written communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels 
˗ Demonstrated strong attention-to-detail and ability to work with accuracy.
˗ Ability to work autonomously on multiple projects and to prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities effectively.
˗ Motivated team player
˗ Ability to easily acclimate into the project team and partnership environment and make an immediate contribution.
˗ Ability to interact with partners and team-members in a professional manner using tact, courtesy and good judgment to provide timely inquiry response and other routine customer support
(3) Proficiency in Microsoft Office & Google drive.
(4) 
Bachelor in finance & accounting or from relevant fields.
(5) 
English is fluent 
(6) At least 5 years of experience as the similar position.
