We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA cum Business Analyst to join a dynamic team working on life insurance projects using the DXC Java platform. This hybrid role combines analytical and quality assurance expertise, ensuring seamless execution of client requirements while maintaining the highest product quality standards. You will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, as well as test and validate solutions before deployment.
- Analyze requirements, design and develop DXC platform solution for life insurance project.
- Ensure successful completion of the project by meeting customer needs and providing optimal solution on DXC platform.
- Complete at least 2 life insurance consulting development cycles from start to finish.
- Test and validate the program on DXC platform, ensure all modules work smoothly before product launch.
- Develop gaps in requirements, clearly document settings and ensure all aspects are addressed in the final solution.
- Manage resources, guide and support the development team to achieve project goals.
- Evaluate the task of changing settings between modules and provide comprehensive solutions.

- Have at least 05~07 years of experience in QA and additional experience in BA position with the DXC platform.
- Proficiency in analyzing, designing, and deploying solutions for life insurance projects.
- Hands-on experience with DXC platform architecture, full-stack development, and life cycle deployments.
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks for Java-based applications.
- Successfully completed at least two full cycles of life insurance projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create detailed documentation and articulate complex technical ideas in simple terms.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English (spoken and written).

Location and Working Hour:
- Location: Hoang Mai District, Hanoi
- Working hours: 08 hours/day (8:30 - 17:30) on Monday to Friday
- Contract Type: 01-year renewable contract with the potential for extension based on performance thereafter.
