We are looking for a QA Lead (Manual Testing) with experience in testing Enterprise Networking, Security, Cloud & Containerization systems. This role will work on an international project in the IST time zone and can participate in projects with US clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Manual QA team to ensure product quality.

Develop and optimize test plans, test cases, and test execution strategies.

Perform functional, regression, integration, and system testing for Enterprise Networking and Security systems.

Test Enterprise Networking and Security systems, including VLAN, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, VPN, and AAA Framework.

Analyze logs, debug, and troubleshoot software quality issues.

Work closely with developers and product teams to improve testing processes.

Mentor and guide QA team members.

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent knowledge and work experience in most of the following areas:

Hands-on experience on Networking protocols such as VLAN, IP, STP, TCP, UDP, VRRP, OSPF, BGP, MPLS, IS-IS, SPBM etc.
Experience with testing Enterprise Wireless LAN network.
Hands-on experience on security concepts and protocols such as AAA framework - Authentication, Authorization, Accounting, 802.1X, Captive portal, VPN etc.
Hands-on scripting knowledge using Java, Python, ROBOT, Perl, or TCL/TK.
UI test automation experience using selenium or playwright.
Network Management and Monitoring (SNMP, SFLOW, NetFlow)
Good experience in Network Security and Management features – Net-login, AAA, IP sec, Firewalls, SSL, SNMP MIB
Experience with cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
Experience and deep understanding of Docker Containerization, Clustering solutions.
Knowledge on Virtualization and Hypervisor (ESX, Hyper-V).
Experience on installation and configuration of DHCP, DNS, SSH, RADIUS, LDAP, IPsec, CA
Hands-on experience using network tracing tools like Wireshark, Ethereal or TCPDUMP.
Good exposure with Traffic Generators (Ixia/Spirent)
Proficiency in Linux OS.
Good Analytical and Communication Skills

Location and Working Hour:

Location: Remote Fulltime
Working hours: Working hours follow Indian time (which is about one hour and thirty minutes behind Vietnam time).
Contract Type: Work on a project/ODC contract basis or become a full-time employee of the company.
