Requirements:

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- A passion for games and a desire to create exceptional experiences for players.
- Experience working on previous Web3 and blockchain game titles.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or JavaScript.
- Experience with game analytics and user testing.
- Strong understanding of player psychology and behavior.
- Knowledge of decentralized finance (DeFi) and how it can be used in games.
