Middle Business Analyst/Product Manager - Vietnam (Immediate Joiner)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Working with a product manager, analyze opportunities and build business cases for new platform features.
• Write and define requirements for engineers to develop new customer facing features.
• Follow each ticket through the development process answering ad-hoc questions and assisting with acceptance tests.
• Deep diving data and anecdotes to creatively solve problems and realize measurable impact for customers.

Qualifications:

• At least 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a related industry (3 years max).
• Can join immediately/as soon as possible (Must have).
• Experienced working with a Product based company (Nice to have).
• Excellent spoken and written communication skills in English (Must have).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with both technical and non-technical teams to define, scope and prioritize product requirements.
• Functional knowledge of SQL (Nice to have).
• Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
