Labour Relation PHÚC LỢI (C&B) Personal Income Tax

Mô tả công việc

1. Compensation & Benefits (C&B) Management: 

  • Administer monthly payroll, bonuses, and incentive programs, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
  • Oversee personal income tax (PIT), social insurance (SI), health insurance (HI), and unemployment insurance (UI) contributions and settlements.
  • Manage employee welfare programs, including allowances, leave entitlements, and other benefits.
  • Ensure timely and accurate labor reports in compliance with government regulations.

2. Labor Relations & Compliance:

  • Handle employment contracts, promotions, resignations, and terminations, ensuring compliance with Vietnamese labor laws.
  • Maintain and update C&B policies, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and industry best practices.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for employee inquiries regarding salary, benefits, and labor policies.

3. HR Operations & System Management

  • Develop and optimize C&B processes and SOPs for efficiency and transparency.
  • Maintain accurate and organized employee records, payroll data, and social insurance documentation.
  • Support internal and external audits related to payroll, taxes, and labor law compliance.

4.Freelancer & Event Workforce Management

  • Coordinate C&B processes for freelancers, temporary staff, and seasonal workers hired for event operations.
  • Develop and implement a structured payment system for freelancers to ensure timely and transparent payments.
  • Ensure freelancer contracts and tax compliance (PIT) are properly managed.
  • Work with the event team to track freelancer payroll documentation.
  • Support onboarding processes for freelancers, ensuring they understand work agreements, payment terms, and company policies.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Finance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in C&B, payroll, or HR operations.
  • Strong knowledge of Vietnamese labor law, PIT, SI, HI, and UI regulations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and HR software (Base, Misa Attendance, etc.).
  • Detail-oriented with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
