Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including businesses, running clubs, and triathlon clubs.
Actively interact with customers through meetings, calls, and networking events to understand their needs, concerns, and interests related to event participation.
Gather insights on customer preferences, pain points, and purchasing behavior to enhance the sales approach.
Propose tailored solutions, promotions, and action plans to encourage ticket purchases.
Track and manage the entire sales process from lead generation to order completion, ensuring smooth execution.
After closing deals, ensure proper documentation and payment processes, including:
Preparing quotations and confirming ticket details (list of participants, ticket quantity, pricing, total amount).
Drafting and managing contracts and sales agreements.
Issuing payment requests and following up on payments to ensure timely completion.
Post-sales support:
Assist customers with redeeming ticket codes and registering on the event system.
Troubleshoot any issues related to ticket codes, registration errors, or system difficulties.
Coordinate with internal teams (customer support, IT, event operations) to resolve customer concerns promptly.
Ensure a smooth experience for customers from purchase to event participation.
Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop targeted offers and campaigns that align with customer insights.
Track and update customer data on the CRM system, ensuring a structured follow-up process.
Work closely with event partners and sponsors to maximize sales opportunities.
Regularly report on sales progress, market trends, and customer feedback to improve ticketing strategies.
Provide onsite support during event days to strengthen relationships with clients and ensure a smooth experience.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Sports Management, or related fields.
1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, event ticketing, sports or related industries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Self-discipline, result-oriented and challenge-accepted spirit.
Ability to actively engage with customers, collect valuable insights, and recommend effective actions.
Experience in handling sales operations, including quotations, contracts, and payment tracking.
Ability to handle post-sales support, troubleshoot registration issues, and coordinate with internal teams to assist customers.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Analytical skills to assess customer data and improve sales performance.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
Good command of English is a plus.
Experience working with sports clubs, athlete communities, or corporate wellness programs.
Familiarity with CRM systems for customer management and sales tracking.
Understanding of endurance sports (running, triathlon) and event participation dynamics.
