- Product Vision: Evaluate the delivery of the product and ensure adherence to the overarching product vision.
- Product Strategy: Identify enhancement opportunities through market analysis and competitive positioning to enhance the product strategy.
- Market research: Stay informed about industry trends, customer needs, and emerging technology to identify new opportunities and threats.
- Delivery to Product Roadmap: Maintain feature delivery timelines and dependencies to manage and prioritize the product backlog and maintain delivery cadence to the release schedules.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with engineering, design, business functions to ensure alignment between product requirements and delivery.
- Customer Feedback: Gather and analyze customer feedback and usage data to drive product improvements and enhancements.
- Ensure the product delivery is in line with the product vision and strategy.
- Actively lead cross-functional teams to drive consistency and quality of product delivery.
- Alignment of priorities and dependencies in the roadmap against business requirements.
- Adherence to processes and governance controls in the product lifecycle
- Identification of improvement opportunities in the product against customer feedback and application data.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of relevant experience in product management and leading cross-functional delivery teams.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience (7+ Years) in product management with a focus on technology products
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to analyze market data.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence cross functional teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong knowledge and experience with agile product development methodologies
- Experience with product management and development tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma)
- Experience working in an enterprise environment or start up and familiar with deploying products into production.
- Background in software engineering, UI/UX design, data science/engineering or a related field.
- Certification in product management and agile methodologies
