We are seeking an experienced Technical Lead to join our dynamic team in the cutting-edge HTML5 game development industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading game development teams, architecting innovative gaming solutions, and delivering high-quality, engaging digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of game developers, fostering a collaborative and creative environment
- Collaborate with game designers and product teams to translate game concepts into technical specifications
- Design and implement scalable, efficient technical architectures for HTML5 games and interactive experiences
- Manage the full game development lifecycle using Agile methodologies
- Create and assign tickets, set sprint goals, and conduct regular code reviews
- Ensure code quality, performance, and reliability across all game projects
- Stay current with gaming industry trends and emerging technologies to drive innovation in our products

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in game development, with at least 3 years focused on HTML5 games
- 3+ years in a technical leadership role within the gaming industry
- Strong proficiency in HTML5 game development frameworks, with extensive experience in Phaser or Unity
- Deep understanding of game mechanics and optimization techniques for web-based games
- Extensive experience with backend technologies for game servers, particularly Golang
- Proven track record of leading successful projects from conception to deployment
- Excellent understanding of game architecture principles and design patterns specific to HTML5 games
- Strong knowledge of Agile development methodologies in a game development context
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, particularly in addressing challenges unique to web-based gaming
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and creative team members
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior game developers
- Experience in developing games for various platforms (mobile, desktop, web)
- Familiarity with WebGL, Canvas, and advanced rendering techniques for browser-based games
- Knowledge of real-time multiplayer game networking protocols and implementation
- Understanding of game monetization strategies and integration
- Experience with game analytics and metrics-driven development
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for game hosting and scaling
