About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Backend Developer to spearhead the development of robust and scalable backend systems for Fintech and Insurance projects. This role combines technical leadership, hands-on coding, and team mentorship to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business and customer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, focusing on solution design, coding, deployment and debugging.
To brainstorm solutions and design robust, highly scalable applications that can withstand high traffic with minimum down time together with engineers from other countries.
To work closely with product owners, key users, artists and the quality assurance team to ensure deliverables are as per expectation.
To assist in service migration planning and the design of failover.
Develop ideas for new products, or features by monitoring industry developments and trends.
Participating in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new programming languages, and better assist other team members.
Troubleshoot applications, conduct performance testing and optimize services to enhance user experience and minimize resource consumption.
To build reusable code and libraries for future uses.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience:

Have 10+ years of experience in backend development, with 02~03+ years in a leadership or technical lead role.
Strong expertise in Java, Kotlin, and Spring Boot.
Proficient in GraphQL API design and implementation.
Extensive experience with Apigee or similar API management tools.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes for containerized applications.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively in an international setting.

Soft Skills:

Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to foster collaboration and inspire teams to achieve goals.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in Fintech or Insurance domains.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
Knowledge of microservices architecture and CI/CD practices.

What We Offer:

Competitive monthly salary: 40,000,000 ~ 45,000,000 VND net/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
Flexible working hours, remote work available.
Contract duration: 3-6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
