Role Summary:
DigiSource's Client is looking for The Sub-Lead Development will play a crucial role in our marketing department, focusing on UI/UX design and front-end technologies. You will work closely with the Head of Development to develop and implement user-centric tech solutions, aiming to optimize the user experience and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Design and implement UI/UX strategies for our digital platforms to enhance user satisfaction and accessibility.
● Develop visually appealing and intuitive interfaces using Vue.js, Bootstrap, and Bootstrap Vue.
● Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design decisions.
● Collaborate with marketing and development teams to align UI/UX design with overall marketing goals.
● Optimize front-end features for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO efficiency.
● Maintain and update the aesthetic aspects of websites and applications.
● Stay abreast of the latest trends in UI/UX design and front-end technologies

Required Technical Skills:
● Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools and principles.
● Expertise in Vue.js, Bootstrap, Bootstrap Vue, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
● Knowledge of Python and Flask Web Framework is advantageous.
● Understanding of SEO principles and their application in UI/UX design.
● Familiarity with user research and usability testing methodologies.
Soft Skills:
● Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
● Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration and team coordination.
● A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design skills.
Qualifications:
● At least 3 years of experience in UI/UX design, front-end development, or related roles.
● Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
● Proven track record in creating user-centric design solutions in a tech-driven marketing environment.
