About Us
We are a fast-growing AI company developing an innovative training and QA platform for customer-facing teams. Our platform uses cutting-edge AI to create real-time, multimodal simulations across chat, voice, and video, and to build advanced AI prompt and retrieval pipelines. We're working with industry leaders like Meta, have successfully raised a strong seed round, and are experiencing rapid month-over-month revenue growth (20-30%+).
Our team is dynamic and efficient:
- We move fast and ship daily.
- We're deeply committed to solving real customer problems.
- We work hard without ego or theatrics.
The Opportunity
We're looking for exceptional Software Engineers to join our core team in San Francisco. This is a high-impact, full-stack role where you'll take ownership of significant product areas and drive critical technical decisions throughout the stack. You'll collaborate directly with design, customers, and leadership to bring features from initial idea to production. Your work will directly influence how large teams learn, improve, and scale, by architecting real-time simulations and building advanced AI pipelines.
You'll also play a key role in developing intuitive, high-performance interfaces using tools like Next.js, Supabase, OpenAI, and ElevenLabs. Whether you're building training simulations or shaping architectural decisions for customer conversation scoring, your contributions will be both technically challenging and incredibly rewarding. The pace is fast, the scope is wide, and the team is highly collaborative. If you're eager to build cutting-edge AI experiences and see your work in action every day, this role offers an unparalleled opportunity for speed, autonomy, and ownership.
