DigiSource's customer is 1Laser,  a manufacturing company specializing in providing laser engraving machines in the US and Canadian markets, headquartered in the United States, looking to recruit for the position: Shopify Website Operations Manager 

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Shopify Website Operations Manager to lead the strategic direction, development, and daily operations of our e-commerce website. This role demands a strategic mindset, deep technical expertise, and a passion for creating exceptional online shopping experiences. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Shopify operations, e-commerce management, and team leadership.

a/Store Management:
- Oversee all aspects of the Shopify store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content, ensuring optimal performance.
- Manage inventory levels, product availability, and collaborate with suppliers and fulfillment teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor store performance and implement changes to improve conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer retention.
- Utilize data-driven insights and quick website editing to boost conversion rates.
b/Product Merchandising:
- Create and optimize product listings with high-quality images, descriptions, and categorization for an enhanced shopping experience and improved SEO.
- Plan and execute merchandising strategies like product launches, seasonal promotions, and discount campaigns to drive sales and engagement.
- Analyze sales data and customer behavior to make informed decisions about product assortments, pricing, and promotions.
c/Customer Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across the entire Shopify store, from browsing to checkout, including prompt customer service.
- Implement and manage customer feedback systems (reviews, surveys, support channels) to continuously improve customer satisfaction.
- Optimize the store's UI and UX for improved navigation, speed, and mobile responsiveness, utilizing tools like Hotjar to understand customer behavior.
d/Data Analysis and Strategic Planning:
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as traffic, conversion rates, customer lifetime value (CLV), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Generate regular reports on store performance, identifying trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Use data insights to develop and implement strategies that optimize sales performance and customer retention.
- Create a long-term growth plan for the brand website to increase traffic and conversions.
e/Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure the Shopify store complies with all relevant legal and industry standards, including data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR) and payment processing security.
- Manage and mitigate risks associated with e-commerce operations, such as fraud prevention, chargebacks, and intellectual property rights.

Yêu cầu công việc

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Business, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in website operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Strong understanding of web technologies, content management systems, and e-commerce platforms (Shopify).
- Proven experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience in the laser engraving industry or related technical fields is a plus.
