Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Serviced Office Management Intern to assist in the daily operations of our serviced office facility. This internship offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office management, client relations, and administrative support.

Key Responsibilities:

1- Operations Support:
- Assist in overseeing the day-to-day operations of The Quarters Vietnam.
- Help maintain the office environment to ensure it is clean, organized, and well-maintained.
- Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.

2- Client Relations:
- Support the main point of contact for clients and tenants, addressing their needs and concerns promptly.
- Assist in conducting tours for potential clients and handling inquiries regarding office space availability.
- Help develop and maintain positive relationships with clients to ensure high retention rates.

3- Sales and Marketing
- Support sales and marketing activities from internal communication to open house event and social media management.

4- Administrative Assistance:
- Assist with administrative tasks such as billing, invoicing, and managing contracts.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, office usage, and other relevant data.
- Prepare and present regular reports on office performance to the Serviced Office Manager. 

5-Team Support:
- Support office staff, including receptionists and maintenance personnel.
- Assist in coordinating staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage during business hours.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and performance.

6- Facility Management Support:
- Ensure that all facilities and equipment are functioning properly.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers for maintenance and repairs.
- Assist in implementing and overseeing health and safety protocols within the office environment.

Job Requirement

- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor's degree program in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality or a related field.
- Strong interest in office management and client relations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English or foreign languages is a plus
