Client of DigiSource is SIX MEDIA which is a fast-growing marketing agency based in Thailand, specializing in delivering innovative solutions in marketing, including e-sports, finance, and AI fields in the APAC region.
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Product Owner with a strong background in Marketing Technology (MarTech) to lead the development and optimization of our marketing product portfolio. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in MarTech platforms, a strong business acumen, and a passion for delivering data-driven solutions that enhance customer experience and drive marketing performance. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap while ensuring alignment with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
● Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for MarTech products.
● Work closely with marketing and engineering teams to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable product features.
● Prioritize product backlog, balancing business needs, technical constraints, and customer experience.
● Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings in the MarTech space.
● Serve as the main point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding product features and enhancements.
● Collaborate with marketing teams to ensure product functionality aligns with campaign needs, customer journeys, and overall marketing strategies.
● Drive stakeholder alignment and expectations through regular updates, demos, and feedback loops.
● Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, design, data, and marketing) in the delivery of new product features and improvements.
● Write clear, actionable user stories, define acceptance criteria, and ensure thorough testing and quality assurance.
● Manage product lifecycle from ideation through to launch and ongoing optimization.
● Leverage data analytics, customer feedback, and market research to continuously improve products and identify new opportunities.
● Ensure products meet customer needs, deliver value, and drive business outcomes, particularly in the areas of customer engagement, marketing automation, and personalization.
● Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
● Monitor and report on product performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize product features and enhance customer experiences.
● Conduct A/B testing, gather insights, and refine product strategies based on results.

Required Qualifications
● Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
● 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner with a focus on MarTech products.
● Expertise in key MarTech platforms and technologies, such as CRM, marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo), analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics), and personalization tools.
● Strong understanding of customer journey mapping, segmentation, and personalization strategies.
● Experience working with Agile methodologies and leading cross-functional teams.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
● Strong problem-solving abilities and a results-driven mindset.
Desired Qualifications
● MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
● Experience with product management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello…).
● Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and how they impact MarTech solutions.
