ABOUT US

  • Company’s industry: Provides HR services such as recruitment services, payroll services, attendance automation, company platform services and other HR outsourcing services.

  • Working location: Ben Thanh Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh

  • Working time: 8:45 am – 5:45 pm from Monday to Friday

  • Report to: Country manager

BENEFITS:

  • Paid social insurance with full salary from the probationary period

  • Probation: 2 months

  • 12 annual leave + 1 day for birthday + Christmas day

 JOB DESCRIPTION:

  1. Service Delivery (40%)

  • Creatively crystallize scope of HR services and business models for strong value proposition to clients 

  • Proactively market and sell the services and see through the implementation and deliverables

  • Provide guidance and ensure client’s HR policies and practices fully complied with local labor ordinance and other related rules and regulations

  • Conduct HR related analysis, develop reports and present insights to clients.

  • Build strong client relationships and drive business revenue and profitability.

  • Monitor strategy implementation and make necessary adjustments.s

HR & Admin (60%)

  • Conduct meetings with business units to understand and address their HR needs.

  • Develop HR solutions, programs, and policies based on business needs.

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

  • Provide HR guidance to line management and ensure legal compliance.

  • Improve employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention. 

  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work engagement, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.

  • Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation.

  • Assist international employees with expatriate assignments.

Job Requirement

  • Relevant degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent with at least 4 years working experience as an HR Generalist/HR Business Partner.

  • Track record of strong stakeholder management/partnerships with middle and senior management within dynamic, fast-paced organizations. 

  • Proficiency in English and Chinese
