DigiSource's Client is Hai Vuong TM - DT Company Limited , based in Singapore.
- Does extensive market research and dissection of game products and potential game mechanics.
- Working alongside other game designers to assist in the creative processes of game ideas and problem-solving.
- Design fair and balanced math models, systems/content based on the overall game creative direction to meet the KPI requirements;
- Create effective documentation for all systems designed in a clear manner & make it understandable for the entire development team;
- Maintain a data-driven design methodology for systems/content design through careful analysis of user feedback and key metrics to adjust gameplay and balance;
- Collaborate effectively with other departments of the development team (Tech, Art, QA, Product, etc) to create the best product possible;

- Degree in Game Design, Computer Science or any relevant field.
- 1-2 year(s) working experience or have shipped at least 1-2 game(s) as a designer or relevant fields.
- A proactive team player who can communicate clearly and constructively.
- Capable of working in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Knowledgeable in math concepts such as Probability and Statistics.
- High level of competency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace software tools, especially Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets;
- Ability to create detailed and effective documentation as well as basic mock-ups based on UX design theories;
- Comprehensive knowledge and a deep passion for games across multiple genres of PC/mobile games and relevant game design theories;
- Experience working with game engines such as Cocos Creator and Unity;
- Experience working with agile production methodologies and relevant project management tools such as JIRA;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
