As a Senior Full-Stack Marketing Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving our global and local marketing strategies. With 3-5 years of relevant B2B marketing experience, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing comprehensive marketing initiatives to enhance our brand presence, attract top-tier clients and candidates, and contribute to the overall growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement a strategic marketing plan aligned with team goals.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
2. Integrated Digital Marketing:
- Manage and optimize digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email campaigns.
- Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms.
3. Brand Management:
- Uphold and enhance the company's brand image through consistent messaging and design.
- Monitor and respond to brand mentions and trends in the industry.
4. Client and Candidate Acquisition:
- Develop and execute lead generation campaigns to attract potential clients and candidates.
- Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with business development goals.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Regularly analyze marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports on marketing effectiveness.

Job Requirement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably in the recruitment or HR industry.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with global and local markets and understanding of cultural nuances.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
