We are seeking a Senior Developer with expertise in DXC Programming to join our team in Hanoi. This role involves working on life insurance projects utilizing the DXC platform, ensuring high-quality development, integration, and optimization of solutions.

- Develop and integrate programs on the DXC platform for life insurance projects.
- Manage the software development process, ensuring adherence to coding standards and project efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and optimize solutions, addressing changes and inter-module dependencies.
- Lead the development team, manage resources, and mentor junior developers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Have at least 05~08 years of experience in Java programming and expertise with the DXC platform.
- In-depth knowledge of DXC architecture and full-stack development.
- Proven track record of completing at least 2 end-to-end life insurance project implementations.
- Strong skills in teamwork, resource management, and inter-module issue resolution.
- Ability to create clear documentation and deliver high-quality solutions on time.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
