We are seeking a Senior D365 CRM Techno-Functional Consultant with pure Dynamics 365 CRM experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of both technical and functional aspects of D365 CRM, focusing exclusively on core CRM development without extensive exposure to other platforms like Power Platform or SharePoint.

- Develop and customize Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions using C#/.NET plugins and custom workflows.
- Implement JavaScript/TypeScript customizations for form behavior and client-side scripting.
- Design and configure business process flows, business rules, and entity relationships.
- Build and maintain web resources and custom UI components within the CRM framework.
- Develop custom actions and business logic for optimized CRM processes.
- Work with D365 SDK, Web API, REST APIs, and OData for CRM integrations.
- Optimize solution performance, security, and scalability.
Functional Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze CRM requirements.
- Translate business needs into CRM functional designs and workflows.
- Provide CRM solution design recommendations based on industry best practices.
- Assist in end-to-end CRM implementation from planning to deployment.
- Configure and customize Security Roles, Business Units, and Access Controls.
- Conduct user training and create documentation for CRM best practices.

Technical Skills:
- Have at least 05+ years of experience specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development.
- Strong expertise in C#/.NET for plugin development.
- Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript for CRM form scripting.
- Hands-on experience with custom workflow activities and business process flows.
- Strong understanding of D365 CRM data model, business logic, and security model.
- Experience in FetchXML, SSRS, and Power BI integrations.
- Proficiency in D365 Web API, REST APIs, OData for integration.
- Knowledge of solution management, deployment, and versioning in CRM.
- Experience with real-time and batch CRM integrations using Web Services.
Functional Skills:
- Deep understanding of CRM modules (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Project Service).
- Ability to map business processes to CRM solutions efficiently.
- Strong analytical skills to assess business needs and recommend best-fit CRM solutions.
- Experience working on end-to-end CRM implementation projects.
- Understanding of CRM licensing, security roles, and compliance requirements.
- Experience working in enterprise CRM implementations with high customization levels.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills in CRM solution deployment.
- Ability to work independently and proactively in a dynamic environment.
