About the role

We are looking for a Senior Content Marketing Specialist to manage and join our Growth team.

As a Senior Content Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing B2C marketing strategies in the fast-growing Vietnam tech education market. Your primary focus will be on content creation, marketing strategy development, and conducting extensive research to identify market trends and opportunities. We are looking for a self-driven professional with a deep understanding of the EdTech industry and a passion for delivering exceptional marketing results.

How you will add value and be successful (Responsibility)

  • Marketing Strategy Development: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our product goals, market trends, and target audience. Identify key marketing channels, promotional activities, and campaigns to drive user acquisition and increase brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, including website, blog, social media, email marketing, and advertisements. Ensure that all content is consistent, compelling, and effectively communicates the value proposition of our products.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct in-depth research and analysis of the Vietnam tech education market, including competitor analysis, customer behavior, and emerging trends. Utilize market insights to identify new opportunities, refine marketing strategies, and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Campaign Management: work with Performance Marketing to monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize marketing activities based on data-driven insights.
  • Branding and Positioning: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and maintain a strong brand presence in the market. Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing channels and materials.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, sales, and design, to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives. Provide input and feedback on product development and positioning based on market insights.
  • Performance Tracking and Reporting: Implement robust tracking mechanisms to monitor the performance of marketing activities. Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, campaign results, and actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.

Job Requirement

What you bring to the team (requirements):

  • Bachelor‘s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master‘s degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing roles, preferably in the B2C sector, with a focus on content creation, marketing strategy, and market research.
  • Strong understanding of the EdTech industry and the Vietnam tech education market.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies.
  • Proficient in using marketing tools and platforms for content creation, campaign management, and performance tracking.
  • Analytical mindset with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing initiatives.
  • Passion for education and a strong commitment to improving the learning experience.
