Senior Backend Developer - Remote

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions for the Fintech and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems that support our scalable and high-performance applications.

• Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Java and Kotlin with Spring Boot.
• Integrate Systems: Build and maintain GraphQL APIs and work with API management platforms like Apigee.
• Deploy and Manage: Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline deployment.
• Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
• Ensure Quality: Perform code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and troubleshoot production issues.
• Innovate: Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.

• Have 10+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Java and Kotlin.

• Proven track record with Spring Boot framework.

• Hands-on experience with GraphQL API design and implementation.

• Familiarity with Apigee or similar API management platforms.

• Proficient in container orchestration using Kubernetes.

• Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to work effectively in an international environment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proactive and self-motivated attitude toward learning and improvement.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in Fintech or Insurance domains.

• Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.
