About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Backend Developer to join our dynamic team, contributing to the development of cutting-edge solutions for the Fintech and Insurance sectors. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing, implementing, and maintaining backend systems that support our scalable and high-performance applications.

Responsibilities

Develop and Maintain: Design, develop, and optimize backend services and APIs using Java and Kotlin with Spring Boot.
Integrate Systems: Build and maintain GraphQL APIs and work with API management platforms like Apigee.
Deploy and Manage: Utilize Kubernetes for container orchestration and ensure seamless CI/CD pipeline deployment.
Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including front-end developers, product managers, and DevOps engineers, to deliver high-quality products.
Ensure Quality: Perform code reviews, write unit and integration tests, and troubleshoot production issues.
Innovate: Research and implement new technologies to improve system efficiency and scalability.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience:

Have 10+ years of backend development experience with a strong focus on Java and Kotlin.

Proven track record with Spring Boot framework.

Hands-on experience with GraphQL API design and implementation.

Familiarity with Apigee or similar API management platforms.

Proficient in container orchestration using Kubernetes.

Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) to work effectively in an international environment.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Proactive and self-motivated attitude toward learning and improvement.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

Nice-to-Have

Experience in Fintech or Insurance domains.

Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

Knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices.

What We Offer:

Competitive monthly salary: 40,000,000 ~ 45,000,000 VND net/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
Flexible working hours, remote work available.
Contract duration: 3-6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
