- Working with the product owner and project manager to determine and confirm needs.
- Design, develop and maintain back-end services, databases.
- Work closely with business and front-end teams.
- Support Juniors by leading and planning tasks.
- Researching and learning new technologies to apply in projects.

Must have:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science of Information System and related subject.
- At least 3 years’' experience in back-end developer position.
- Good knowdledge about microservice, distributed system architect, high-performance system, big data.
- Proficiency in .Net Core/ JavaScript ES6. Good experience with Java is a plus.
- Solid understanding and working experience with Postgresql, Redis, ElasticSearch, etc;
- Solid understanding of REST API, OAUT;
- Eager to learn new things and up-to-date with the latest technology and development trends
- Experience with unit test, code reviewing and other agile methodologies.
- Good communication skills and ability to train junior team mates.
- Creative is always a plus.
- Experience in the leader position.
- Experience with NodeJS/Go Lang Experience in cloud service solutions (cloud native – k8s)
- Experience with caching (Redis, Memcached) and searching (elastic search)
- Working experience with IoT devices is a plus
- Knowledge of software development in Agile methodologies
