Đối tác của DigiSource đang tìm kiểm Sales Manager làm việc tại Tokyo:
  • Develop business plans, solutions, and strategies within the assigned functions;
  • Market research and business development orientation in the Japanese market;
  • Develop market segments and strategic customers;
  • Propose and develop a variety of services and products suitable to customers and the market;
  • Organize, operate, and promote the efficiency of the sales team;
  • An authorized representative of the Company in the Osaka and Kansai area;
  • Report on business results and activities to the Director of CJP Division and the Board of Directors of  Japan Branch

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Japanese N1 or equivalent (REQUIRED).
  • Preference will be given to candidates who can speak English. Bachelor/Master in Information Technology/Economics or related;
  • 3+ years of working in the position of Head of Department / Sales Team Leader, developing and managing a team of 3++ employees.
  • 2+ years of business in the Japanese market. Having business knowledge, the network of the Japanese outsourcing market, and software production activities.
  • Soft skills: Creative thinking, negotiation skills, ability to develop strategy, planning, and organization, and good risk management.
  • 3+ years of experience in Sales; 
  • 1+ years in a management position (team size of 5-10 members). Have knowledge and experience in IT outsourcing services.
  • Having sales achievement with the volume of $300K-$500K is a plus. 
  •  Level of language proficiency: Good verbal, presentation-style, and written communication skills in Japanese (understand Japanese culture, have lived in Japan before). 
  •  Strong communication and interpersonal skill to communicate effectively with internal and external people. Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams, good problem solving 
  •  Able to go onsite at the customer site as needed.

Thông tin công ty & Phúc lợi

Accompanied by a Manager or C level for at least the first 6 months in the new office;
Opportunity to be promoted to Branch Manager (Director level) after at least 12 months of working;
Work location: Tokyo, Japan

  • Salary package:Salary Negotiable, package 12 + 12.
  • Benefit: Airplane ticket package: 8 Man/year
  • Housing allowance: 3 Man/ month Transportation allowance: 2 Man/ month (up to actual expense)
