Team member: 3 member
- Search, evaluate, sell, and close deals for SAP implementation/license services for both new and existing customers.
- Proactively manage the sales system to ensure both individual and team contributions meet established goals.
- Build relationships with key senior positions at companies within the target customer segment.
- Define vision and develop business strategies based on the strengths of the product and company, aligning with specific market needs to create a competitive advantage.
- Allocate strategic accounts to team members and closely monitor progress to achieve common objectives.
- Develop plans for strategic accounts, including customer profiles, target programs, software descriptions, forecast reports, and appropriate actions.
- Develop and continuously update information on products and sales policies from SAP, and communicate them to the team to ensure timely information capture.
- Take full responsibility for achieving targets as agreed and reported to the Board of Directors.
- Participate in relevant industry programs and events, both internally and externally.
- Support the development of reference materials.
- Participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and coaching of Account Managers. Foster overall professional development and career growth of team members.
- Evaluate the overall performance of the team concerning goals/KPIs and revenue targets.
- Motivate each team member towards monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.

- Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the fields of ERP software, Accounting & Finance, or Logistics.
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Finance.
- Strong sales and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
- Proven ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships.
- Proficient in reading and understanding English.
