Job Description

Team member: 3 member 
  • Search, evaluate, sell, and close deals for SAP implementation/license services for both new and existing customers.
  • Proactively manage the sales system to ensure both individual and team contributions meet established goals.
  • Build relationships with key senior positions at companies within the target customer segment.
  • Define vision and develop business strategies based on the strengths of the product and company, aligning with specific market needs to create a competitive advantage.
  • Allocate strategic accounts to team members and closely monitor progress to achieve common objectives.
  • Develop plans for strategic accounts, including customer profiles, target programs, software descriptions, forecast reports, and appropriate actions.
  • Develop and continuously update information on products and sales policies from SAP, and communicate them to the team to ensure timely information capture.
  • Take full responsibility for achieving targets as agreed and reported to the Board of Directors.
  • Participate in relevant industry programs and events, both internally and externally.
  • Support the development of reference materials.
  • Participate in recruitment, performance management, training, and coaching of Account Managers. Foster overall professional development and career growth of team members.
  • Evaluate the overall performance of the team concerning goals/KPIs and revenue targets.
  • Motivate each team member towards monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals.

Job Requirement

  • Over 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the fields of ERP software, Accounting & Finance, or Logistics.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in Business Administration or Finance.
  • Strong sales and team-building skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving and team leadership abilities.
  • Proven ability to quickly build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Proficient in reading and understanding English.
