About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery pipelines and efficient deployment processes for our Fintech and Insurance projects. As a Release Engineer, you will focus on building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automating release workflows, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Release Management:

Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases across development, staging, and production environments.
Establish and maintain efficient release processes and schedules.

Automation and CI/CD:

Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
Collaborate with development teams to ensure code is production-ready.

Monitoring and Troubleshooting:

Monitor deployment processes and quickly address issues to minimize downtime.
Identify bottlenecks in the release process and implement improvements.

Collaboration:

Work closely with DevOps, QA, and development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
Document release procedures and provide training to team members as needed.

Compliance and Security:

Ensure releases comply with security and compliance standards in Fintech and Insurance industries.
Implement monitoring and logging tools to track release performance and mitigate risks.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience:

Have 03~04+ years of experience in software release engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Groovy.
Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
Strong expertise in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes and Docker.
Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate in an international team.

Soft Skills:

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Fintech or Insurance domains.
Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or Kubernetes are a plus.

What We Offer:

Competitive monthly salary: 40,000,000 ~ 45,000,000 VND net/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
Flexible working hours, remote work available.
Contract duration: 3-6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
