Release Engineer - Remote

We are seeking a highly skilled Release Engineer to join our team and play a vital role in ensuring seamless delivery pipelines and efficient deployment processes for our Fintech and Insurance projects. As a Release Engineer, you will focus on building and maintaining robust CI/CD pipelines, automating release workflows, and ensuring high-quality software delivery.

• Plan, coordinate, and manage software releases across development, staging, and production environments.
• Establish and maintain efficient release processes and schedules.

• Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated builds, tests, and deployments.
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure code is production-ready.

• Monitor deployment processes and quickly address issues to minimize downtime.
• Identify bottlenecks in the release process and implement improvements.

• Work closely with DevOps, QA, and development teams to ensure smooth integration and deployment.
• Document release procedures and provide training to team members as needed.

• Ensure releases comply with security and compliance standards in Fintech and Insurance industries.
• Implement monitoring and logging tools to track release performance and mitigate risks.

• Have 03~04+ years of experience in software release engineering, DevOps, or related roles.
• Proficiency in scripting languages like Python, Bash, or Groovy.
• Familiarity with monitoring and alerting tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK Stack.
• Strong expertise in building CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, or Azure DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with containerization and orchestration tools, including Kubernetes and Docker.
• Familiarity with version control systems such as Git.
• Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to collaborate in an international team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Proactive and detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and efficiency.

• Experience in Fintech or Insurance domains.
• Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or Ansible.
• Certifications in DevOps, Cloud, or Kubernetes are a plus.

• Competitive monthly salary: 40,000,000 ~ 45,000,000 VND net/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).

• Working hours: 08 hours/day (9:00 - 18:00) on Monday to Friday
