Recruiter Advisor Assistant: 50% Support RA team members the following tasks: - Create JO on the company's assistant - Arranging candidate interview with consultant team - Summarize candidate information - Do process on the company's system - Other tasks assigned by Managers BD Tasks (50%) Will have on-job-training from BD Manager Mainly be in charge of business development activity to both Japanese clients and non-Japanese clients (foreign companies and large local corporation). ・Searching candidates from job boarding site, network and current existed BD client list ・Connect and develop relationships with potential clients in Vietnam by making phone calls, visiting and attending networking events ・Find potential clients who have a hiring demand ・Make clients to understand our service and get a contract from them
