We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee the development and execution of our projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of game development. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including game designers, developers, backend engineers, and artists, to ensure successful delivery of innovative and engaging game experiences.

- Lead and manage the overall planning, execution, and delivery of game projects, ensuring they are completed within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and success criteria.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including tasks, milestones, resource allocation, and dependencies, and effectively communicate them to the project team.
- Coordinate and prioritise tasks across cross-functional teams, ensuring efficient workflow and effective communication.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to address any issues that may arise.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, promoting open communication, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.
- Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure adherence to financial targets.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors, as necessary, to ensure smooth project execution.

- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Game Development, Computer Science, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the gaming industry or Web3/GameFi projects.
- 3+ years of experience in project management and related roles.
- Strong understanding of game development process.
- Experience managing end-to-end game development projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Familiarity with game development processes, including game design, programming, and art production.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving and risk management abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
- Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.
- Collaborative team member with good communication skills in english.
