The Product Support & Localization Designer plays a vital cross-functional role in supporting key departments (Game Producer, Artist, Front-End, Back-End, QA) to deliver high-quality slot game products ready for global release.This role is ideal for someone with a graphic design background, strong English–Vietnamese translation skills, proficiency in AI translation tools, and a detail-oriented, fast-paced, and deadline-committed work ethic.Key Responsibilities
- Graphic Design Support for Game Production
- Design internal and external visual assets such as Game Sheets, Banners, Catalogues, Website Graphics, Store Screenshots, Promotional Materials, etc.
- Edit, format, and ensure the quality of graphic files (PSD, PNG, AI...) before hand-off.
- Collaborate with Game Artists, Marketing, and Game Producers to align visuals with the slot game's brand and aesthetic.
- Translation & Game Localization
- Translate game content from English to Vietnamese, including game overview, how-to-play instructions, UI/UX terms, sound/voice lines, etc.
- Use AI tools (e.g., DeepL, GPT, Google Translate API) to support multilingual translation into languages such as Thai, Chinese, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese, Korean, and more.
- Work with professional localization vendors to cross-check and ensure translation accuracy and contextual relevance.
- Coordinate with Audio Designers to ensure voiceover compatibility with localized text.
- Test and validate text display across platforms (web, mobile).
- Support localization QA: identify font issues, text overflow, missing translations, and context mismatches in-game.
- Assist in analyzing game performance data (retention, play sessions, click rates...) to improve content quality and player experience.
- Compile and present reports on localized content, international player feedback, and usability issues.

Qualifications:
- College/University degree in Graphic Design, English Language, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in design tools: Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar.
- Strong English–Vietnamese translation skills; certification or translation experience is a plus.
- Experienced with AI-powered translation and document tools.
- Highly detail-oriented, fast-working, and accountable.
- Strong communication skills; capable of working with multiple departments.
- Proactive in reporting progress and proposing solutions.
- Prior experience in game production, marketing, or design agency is preferred.
