About the Role

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of defining and driving the vision for our Fintech and Insurance products. As the Product Owner, you will act as a key link between stakeholders, developers, and designers, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Product Vision and Strategy:

Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to maximize product value.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.
Act as the primary point of contact for the product, ensuring alignment across teams.

Agile Product Management:

Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and reflects priorities.
Collaborate with development teams in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

Customer Focus:

Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to improve the product.
Ensure the product delivers an excellent user experience and meets customer expectations.

Performance Monitoring:

Define key success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.
Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and iterations.

Yêu cầu công việc

Experience:

At leat 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.

Strong understanding of Fintech or Insurance domains is a significant advantage.

Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to engage with international teams and stakeholders.

Soft Skills:

Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Technical Skills:

Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience in launching and managing successful products.

Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design approaches.

Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership is a plus.

What We Offer:

Competitive monthly salary: 40,000,000 ~ 45,000,000 VND net/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).
Flexible working hours, remote work available.
Contract duration: 3-6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.
