Product Owner - Remote

We are looking for a Product Owner to join our team and take ownership of defining and driving the vision for our Fintech and Insurance products. As the Product Owner, you will act as a key link between stakeholders, developers, and designers, ensuring that the product meets customer needs and business objectives.

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes to maximize product value.

• Work closely with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and tasks.
• Act as the primary point of contact for the product, ensuring alignment across teams.

• Manage the product backlog, ensuring it is well-groomed and reflects priorities.
• Collaborate with development teams in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Conduct user research and analyze customer feedback to improve the product.
• Ensure the product delivers an excellent user experience and meets customer expectations.

• Define key success metrics and monitor product performance post-launch.
• Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions and iterations.

• At leat 3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in Agile environments.

• Strong understanding of Fintech or Insurance domains is a significant advantage.

• Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills to engage with international teams and stakeholders.

• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

• Familiarity with Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.

• Experience with product management tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

• Proven experience in launching and managing successful products.

• Familiarity with UX/UI principles and customer-centric design approaches.

• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or Product Ownership is a plus.

• Competitive monthly salary: 40,000,000 ~ 45,000,000 VND net/month (negotiable for exceptional candidates).

• Contract duration: 3-6 months with the potential for extension based on performance.

• Working hours: 08 hours/day (9:00 - 18:00) on Monday to Friday
