Your main responsibilities for this position will be:
- Knowing how to present new ideas/ improvements to the production managers for your project and taking initiative.
- Works closely with the Art, Game Design, and the team to drive the production pipeline and provide estimates.
- Able to create and manage reports to communicate with stakeholders and track the status of projects carefully.
- Assist in the timely and effective completion of the entire production pipeline, starting with conception, the storyboard, the prototype, and ending with the final game build and handoff.
- Plan and participate in internal game reviews to gather and communicate feedback and notes.
- Proactively pinpoint obstacles or project hazards, then offer solutions
Yêu cầu công việc
Key Qualifications :
- Have at least 1 year of experience in Mobile Games development as a Producer.
- Proficient reading and comprehension of specialist English.
- You have already worked in a gaming studio as part of a production team, and have excellent knowledge of this market and the associated game mechanisms.
- You already managed a production team, and launched a game.
- You are creative, with a proactive disposition and a certain practicality that will enable you to successfully reach the various stages of the project.
- You are able to propose an idea or a project to management and bring it to life for the team.
