Position Overview
We are seeking a talented Part-time UI/UX Designer to join our creative team in designing user-centered interfaces for our enterprise solutions. The ideal candidate will focus on creating intuitive, efficient, and visually appealing interfaces for complex business applications.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design user interfaces for ERP and CRM solutions
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups
  • Develop user flows and journey maps
  • Conduct user research and usability testing
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure design implementation
  • Maintain and evolve our design system
  • Create visual assets and documentation
  • Participate in design reviews and team meetings

Job Requirement

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 02 years of UI/UX design experience
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating enterprise application design
  • Experience with financial or business applications
  • Understanding of user-centered design principles
  • Good English communication skills
  • Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with ERP or CRM systems
  • Background in designing data-heavy interfaces
  • Knowledge of design tokens and component libraries
  • Understanding of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS)
  • Experience with agile development processes
Technical Requirements
Design Skills
  • Proficiency in design tools:
    • Figma
    • Adobe Creative Suite
    • Prototyping tools
  • Experience with:
    • Responsive web design
    • Mobile-first design principles
    • Design systems
    • Interactive prototyping
    • User research methods
Domain Knowledge
  • Understanding of enterprise software interfaces
  • Knowledge of web and mobile design patterns
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards
  • Basic understanding of frontend development constraints
