Operation Manager - HCM [DigiSource]

Operations Management and Process Optimization

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of all departments within the company.
• Develop, optimize, and standardize workflows to ensure maximum efficiency and performance.

Human Resource Management and Training

• Recruit and develop a strong team, including creating training plans and evaluating employee performance.
• Foster a positive work culture and strengthen interdepartmental collaboration.

Planning and Performance Monitoring

• Create short-term and long-term operational plans to achieve business objectives.
• Analyze and report on performance metrics regularly, proposing improvements when necessary.

Support CEO in Strategic Implementation

• Collaborate with the CEO in developing and executing business strategies.
• Ensure projects are completed on schedule and deliver maximum effectiveness.

• Experience: At least 4 years of work experience in IT, Marketing, or Human Resources
• Sales and marketing experience is a strong advantage.
• Strong team management and leadership skills.
• Strategic thinking and excellent problem-solving abilities.
• High level of commitment and reliability.
• Proven experience in process standardization and employee training.
• Preference for candidates with experience in startups or small-to-medium-sized companies.

• Monday- Friday 8h30AM-17h30PM
• Saturday: 8h30 AM - 12h00AM ( WFH)
