Middle Front End Developer ( Shopify Platform ) - HCM

DigiSource's Client is Pati is an e-commerce company specializing in international markets, especially in North America and Europe focusing on dietary supplement   
As a Front-End Developer at PATI Group, you will play a key role in shaping the user experience and performance of our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) eCommerce platform. Your primary responsibility will be developing and optimizing our Shopify-based websites, ensuring they drive high conversion rates and seamless user experiences. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement innovative UI/UX designs, integrate third-party applications, and leverage AI & automation to enhance business operations. Your work will directly contribute to achieving our ambitious revenue target of $25M by 2025 across multiple sales channels, including Shopify, Amazon, and TikTok Shop. Key Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimize Shopify eCommerce websites, including custom themes and Liquid programming.
• Improve site performance, conversion rates (CRO), and user experience through A/B testing and technical enhancements.
• Ensure website speed, security, and functionality, integrating third-party applications when needed.
• Research and implement new technologies (AI & automation) to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve website bugs to maintain a smooth shopping experience.
• Collaborate with marketing, UI/UX designers, and copywriters to create high-quality customer experiences.

• Conversion Rate Optimization – Enhancing UI/UX to increase conversion rates.
• Speed & Efficiency – Rapid development and deployment of features.
• Code Quality & Best Practices – Adhering to Shopify and modern web development standards.
• Bug Resolution Rate – Quickly identifying and fixing issues.

Technical Skills

• 2+ years of experience in front-end web development.
• Expertise in Shopify development: Liquid templating, theme customization, and app integration.
• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ReactJS/NextJS), and TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics for Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Experience with Google Content Experiments for A/B testing.

Nice-to-Have

• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify development.
• Knowledge of Shopify API, GraphQL, and Shopify CLI.
• Experience with AI & automation in eCommerce.
• Familiarity with other eCommerce platforms (Magento, WooCommerce, BigCommerce).

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: VND 13M - 23M
• Performance Bonus: Up to 10 months' salary annually, based on company performance and adherence to SOPs.

• Work Schedule:
  • Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday (Culture Day): 6:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Weekly team running & review session)
