Job Description
- Strategic Growth Planning: Design and implement comprehensive marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, attract new clients, and nurture recruitment communities.
- Channel Management: Manage channels such as social media, Email MKT, OTT, and other relevant recruitment community touchpoints with compelling content and engagement strategies.
- Data-Driven Marketing: Analyze system & marketing campaign data, and optimize marketing strategies to maximize ROI.
- Website SEO enhances ranking.
- Collaborate with other departments to fully understand product and communication needs.
- Gather the materials necessary to understand the project and competition in the area such as literature or previous marketing campaigns; analyze these materials to determine the most effective communications technique.
- Create marketing communication strategies and campaigns for brand awareness, lead generation and traffic acquisition using email marketing, social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Tiktok) and OTT applications (such as Zalo, Skype, Telegram, etc., )
- Research, compose, edit, proofread and provide input when available for online contents used in Vietnamese and English language on multiple platforms and channels (e.g., social media, website, e-newsletter, video script, presentation decks/proposals, etc.).
- Evaluates success of campaigns when completed and report to Marketing Manager/ CEO
- Guide & train for team members.
Job Requirement
- At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience in Digital Marketing, Performance MKT or Strategic Communications.
- Point Plus for candidate has recruitment industry experience
- Strong researching, copywriting, editing and proofreading skills (Portfolio or Writing samples required)
- Proven project management experience adhering to editorial deadlines within ongoing campaigns.
- Demonstrable experience in digital content formatting with an eye for great UX, compelling headlines, and engaging B2B2C social and email content.
- Proven experiences in managing content and engagement on corporate social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Experience in online design and video production tools such as Canva or Adobe Premier Rush is preferred.
- Paid performance with Facebook & Google, SEO, Google Analytics or Hubspot is a plus.
- Experience in the Tech industry is preferred.
- Good English
