Job Description

Responsible for the overall success of the product.

  • Understanding the target audience, their needs, how to address those needs, and the revenue and profit the product will generate for the company (either directly through sales or by optimizing operations to enhance productivity).
  • Developing a product development plan and a product lifecycle plan.
  • Collaborating with the Development, Business, and Support departments to ensure the product is released on schedule and meets the specified objectives.
  • Releasing and communicating detailed product deployment steps to the Business and Operations departments, including:
    • Creating product introduction materials (from a business perspective) and product usage guides (from an operational and technical perspective).
    • Organizing product launch workshops and introductions to the Business and Operations teams.
    • Coordinating with the Marketing department to promote the product.
  • Managing and collaborating with the Development department to resolve issues and incidents that arise during product operation.
  • Observing, listening to user feedback, researching competitors to propose product improvements, and developing the next steps for product development.
  • Supporting the Business department in creating solution proposals for customers based on product features and development roadmap.
  • Participating in customer presentations alongside the Business department.
  • Direct reporting to the CEO and Board of Directors.

 

Job Requirement

A university degree in Computer Science, Software, Economics, Marketing, or a strong interest in technology product development.

  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in writing user stories and detailing acceptance criteria.
  • Understanding of design (UX/UI) and use of performance tools to create models and prototypes (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).
  • Strong documentation and presentation skills.
  • Background in working with agile/scrum methodologies.
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  • Understanding of technical terminology and systems.
  • Knowledge of business models in FMCG & Pharma, Retail, and F&B sectors.
  • Preference given to candidates with professional certificates in Project Management (PMP) or Product Management (PSPO, CSPO).
