Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic Learning & Development Specialist to join our team. This role will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive learning and development programs. Additionally, the incumbent will play a pivotal role in talent and development initiatives, including KPI management, employee engagement surveys (EES), successor planning, fostering organizational culture, and competency development.

- Design, develop, and deliver training programs aligned with organizational objectives.
- Identify training needs through consultation with department heads, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangement, and participant communication.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback analysis, post-training assessments, and performance metrics.
- Manage E-learning platform & continuously enhance training materials and methodologies to ensure relevance and engagement.
- Organize & to be an internal trainer for soft-skill courses.
- Manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to employee performance, productivity, and organizational goals.
- Facilitate the Employee Engagement Survey (EES) process, including survey administration, data analysis, and action planning.
- Collaborate with departmental managers to identify high-potential employees and develop succession plans.
- Cultivate and promote organizational culture through initiatives such as recognition programs, diversity and inclusion efforts, and team-building activities.
- Drive competency development initiatives by assessing skill gaps, designing competency frameworks, and implementing development plans.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field
- Familiarity and ability to facilitate traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning,)
- Experience with Training Needs Analysis and writing training material
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and data skill
- Be able to use software to build E-learning lessons: Storyline, Ispring, Video scribe, Articulate 360…
- Knowing LMS, TMS
- Good English
- 3+ years of experience in the similar role
- Experience in conducting & training soft-skill training classes.
- Proven experience in designing and delivering training programs in a corporate setting
- Familiarity with talent management processes such as performance management, succession planning, and competency assessment
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving

Location: Blue Sky Building - No. 1 Bach Dang, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, City. HCM
Working time: 9:00 - 18:00 (Monday-Friday)
