We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 2D Lead Artist to guide and inspire our talented art team in creating visually stunning and engaging slot games. The ideal candidate will possess a strong artistic vision, exceptional leadership abilities, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality artwork within the gaming industry. You will be responsible for overseeing the artistic direction, ensuring consistency in style, and mentoring junior artists to achieve their full potential.

- Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a 2D Artist in the game industry, with proven experience leading and mentoring art teams.
- Exceptional portfolio demonstrating mastery of 2D art, including character design, environment design, UI/UX design, and a range of art styles.
- Expertise in creating semi-realistic art styles, with the ability to adapt and develop new styles as required.
- Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles and best practices, with a focus on creating intuitive and visually appealing interfaces.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant 2D software, with the ability to optimize workflows and tools.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high artistic standards.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Provide artistic leadership and direction to the 2D art team, ensuring consistency in style and quality across all game assets.
- Mentor and guide junior artists, providing constructive feedback and fostering their professional growth.
- Collaborate with the game design and development teams to establish the overall visual style and art direction for slot games.
- Plan and manage art production schedules, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Design and create a wide range of 2D assets for mobile/web/slot games, including characters, backgrounds, props, icons, reels, and UI elements.
- Develop and maintain art style guides and documentation.
- Oversee the optimization of artwork for various platforms and resolutions.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in 2D art and game development, and implement best practices within the team.
- Conduct art reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Assist in the recruiting process of new 2D artists.
