DigiSource's customer is 1Laser, a manufacturing company specializing in providing laser engraving machines in the US and Canadian markets, headquartered in the United States, looking to recruit for the position: The KOLs & Community Manager
The KOLs & Community Manager will be responsible for fostering a vibrant and engaged online community around our brand. This role requires a proactive and personable individual who can build strong relationships with our audience, facilitate meaningful conversations, and promote brand loyalty. The ideal candidate will have experience in KOLs and community management, social media, and content creation, with a passion for connecting people and ideas.
a/ KOL Recruitment and Management
- Identify and recruit KOLs across various platforms who resonate with the brand’s audience and values.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with KOLs, serving as the main point of contact for collaborations.
- Negotiate collaboration terms, contracts, and compensation to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
b/ Campaign Planning and Execution
- Work with the marketing team to create KOL campaigns aligned with marketing goals and brand messaging.
- Oversee the entire KOL campaign process: from briefing KOLs and approving content to tracking deliverables and ensuring timely completion.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide detailed reports on metrics like engagement rates, reach, impressions, and ROI.
c/ Community Engagement
- Cultivate a thriving KOL community through events, webinars, and activities that strengthen the brand-influencer relationship.
- Implement initiatives to encourage KOLs to actively engage with brand content and share it with their followers.
- Respond promptly to KOL inquiries and concerns to maintain a positive experience throughout the partnership.
d/ Market Research and Analysis
- Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends, including new platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Analyze competitor KOL strategies to identify brand differentiation opportunities.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to optimize future KOL campaigns.
e/ Content Collaboration
- Partner with the content creation team to ensure KOL-produced content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains quality standards.
- Help develop creative briefs and guidelines for KOLs to produce content that resonates with their audience while effectively promoting the brand.
f/ Community Management Experience
- Proven ability to monitor and manage online communities, ensuring brand message consistency and positive engagement.
g/ Referral and Affiliate Program Expertise
- Strong understanding of setting up and managing customer referral and affiliate marketing systems.
- Experience in tracking, reporting, and optimizing these programs for maximum results.
- Familiarity with affiliate marketing platforms and tools (ShareASale, Refersion, etc.) and referral program software (ReferralCandy, Ambassador, etc.).
h/ KOL, Affiliate, and Partner Onboarding
Capable of setting up, onboarding, and conducting review meetings with KOLs, affiliates, and partners.

- Speak very good english and be adaptive for US timezone (West Coast)
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community management or a related role, preferably within a technology or creative industry.
- Proficient in English, Chinese is a plus.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, online forums, and community-building strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
- Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
- Experience with content creation and social media management tools.
- Passion for laser engraving or related creative industries is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in community management or a related role, preferably within a technology or creative industry.
