DigiSource's Client is Dynamite Studio, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Design games for a variety of demographics complete with comprehensive design-document.
- Proficient with algorithm driven game design (good at math).
- Can deliver game design experience effectively to the rest of the team through paper prototyping.
- Able to dissect popular games and reproducing its underlying design-intent in other forms.
- Quickly iterate and balance games using analytics and data collected from players.
- Create multi-layer gaming experience for mid-hardcore strategy games.

- Building engaging experiences.
Requirements:
- Language (Spoken): English (Mandarin is a bonus)
- Software Proficiency: Unity3D, iOS, Android and various tools and technology
- Skill Sets: Strong Writing, Oral and communication skills
- Design practices: Create design in both written and visual format
- Experience: Shipped casual / strategy mobile games or MMORPGs
- Bonuses: Proficient in Unity3D
