Junior Digital Marketing - HCM [DigiSource]

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and contribute to the growth of our company. As a Junior Digital Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our marketing leader to support and execute various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong passion for digital marketing strategies, who is ready to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. 

Website Content (40%): Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blog posts, and website content.

Email Marketing (30%): Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, track open and click-through rates, and suggest improvements.

Data Collection and Arrangement (20%): Collect data through different marketing techniques and classify data into provided categories.

Graphic Design (5%): Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, flyers, and promotional materials.

Event Support (5%): Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and webinars.

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.

Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their best practices.

Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.

Some experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.

Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus.

• Monday- Friday 8h30AM-17h30PM
• Saturday: 8h30 AM - 12h00 PM (WFH)

Working location: Lương Định Của, An Phú, HCM 
Salary: 7M-10M/Month
