Mô tả công việc

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Junior Digital Marketing professional to join our dynamic team. This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual eager to gain hands-on experience in digital marketing and contribute to the growth of our company. As a Junior Digital Marketing, you will collaborate closely with our marketing leader to support and execute various digital marketing campaigns and initiatives. This position is ideal for someone with a strong passion for digital marketing strategies, who is ready to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment. 

  • Website Content (40%): Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, blog posts, and website content.
  • Email Marketing (30%): Assist in the creation and distribution of email marketing campaigns, track open and click-through rates, and suggest improvements.
  • Data Collection and Arrangement (20%): Collect data through different marketing techniques and classify data into provided categories.
  • Graphic Design (5%): Work with the marketing team to create visually appealing marketing materials, including banners, flyers, and promotional materials.
  • Event Support (5%): Support the planning and coordination of marketing events and webinars.

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program or equivalent, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and an understanding of their best practices.
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts, including SEO, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Some experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator) is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in human resources or recruitment is a plus.

    • Monday- Friday 8h30AM-17h30PM
    • Saturday: 8h30 AM - 12h00 PM (WFH)
    Working location: Lương Định Của, An Phú, HCM 
    Salary: 7M-10M/Month
