Job Description

DigiSource's Client is Koban Studio, based in Singapore
  • Install, configure, and maintain computer network systems for the company.
  • Support users in resolving IT technical issues. Install hardware/software for standalone PCs, IT equipment, etc.
  • Manage IT assets and perform general maintenance tasks, diagnose problems, replace, repair, and maintain computers and IT equipment.
  • Assist the IT Manager in implementing IT projects.
  • Help the IT Manager prepare IT documentation, including policies, user guides, training documents, etc.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement

  • College/University degree in Information Technology or related fields.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience in network management and IT support.
  • Strong knowledge of installing and configuring hardware, software, and network devices.
  • Problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.
  • Good teamwork skills and the ability to provide excellent user support.
  • Experience in corporate IT support is a plus.
  • Basic English proficiency to read and understand technical documents.

  • Working hour: 9h - 18h on Monday - Friday
