What the role involves:  The IT Communications lead will work closely with the IT Development manager and IT team to provide communications support for general IT conference, and maintenance of communication with IT team
  • Support and maintain internal IT communications, including standard templates for conference on procedure 
  • Coordinate and manage the schedule and delivery of IT communications and conference
  • Work with internal Headquaters to ensure quality translation of materials to Korean languages
  • Work closely with IT teams; including IT Project Management to create and deliver IT conference
  • Internal communications for IT teams related matters

Yêu cầu công việc

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience in communications with Korean language and knowledge/significant interest in It development, technology
  • Ability to function independently with limited direction
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Ability to communicate and build effective working relationships across diverse audience

  • Round 2 (Offline): Technical & Leadership/Management Skills with Mr.Shin (Executive Person)
  • Round 3 (Offline): Orientation & Cultural Compatibility with CEO/& General Director (Mr.Kim)
Non - IT positions:
  • Round 1(Online): Expertise with Head/Lead Department & General Manager (Mr.Kim)
  • Round 2 (Offline): Leading/Managing skills with Mr.Shin (The executive in charge) 
  • Round 3 (Offline): Orientation & Culture Fit with Representative 
(Can skip round 3 with positions at staff/non-Leader level)

Mandatory requirements: Fluent in Korean, have at least 3 years of experience in Korean translation in the IT field
