Job Responsibilities:
- Conducts periodic and ad hoc internal audits to evaluate financial, operational, and compliance risks across the parent company and subsidiaries (if applicable).

- Monitors and verifies advertising expenditure, marketing budgets, contracts, and payment documents to ensure accuracy, validity, and regulatory compliance.
Theo dõi và kiểm tra chi tiêu quảng cáo, ngân sách marketing, hợp đồng và chứng từ thanh toán, đảm bảo tính chính xác, hợp lệ và tuân thủ quy định.
- Analyses financial and marketing data to identify discrepancies and risks, and proposes solutions to optimise campaign budgets and mitigate financial risks.
Phân tích dữ liệu tài chính và marketing để phát hiện sai lệch, rủi ro và đề xuất giải pháp tối ưu hóa ngân sách chiến dịch và giảm thiểu rủi ro tài chính.
- Manages and organises audit records systematically to ensure completeness and adherence to legal and company standards.
Quản lý và tổ chức hồ sơ kiểm toán một cách khoa học, đảm bảo đầy đủ và tuân thủ tiêu chuẩn pháp luật và công ty.
- Develops and refines internal audit processes, and creates audit plans tailored to the company’s scale and marketing operations.
Xây dựng và cải tiến quy trình kiểm toán nội bộ, lập kế hoạch kiểm toán phù hợp với quy mô và hoạt động marketing của công ty.
- Monitors the implementation of audit recommendations, prepares independent reports on findings, and advises leadership on risk management improvements.
Theo dõi việc thực hiện khuyến nghị kiểm toán, lập báo cáo độc lập về các phát hiện và tư vấn lãnh đạo về cải thiện quản trị rủi ro.
- Performs additional tasks as requested by the Head of Internal Audit or senior management.
Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo yêu cầu của Trưởng phòng Kiểm toán nội bộ hoặc Ban lãnh đạo.

Required Qualifications:.
- Have a university degree in Finance, Accounting, Auditing, or related fields.
Tốt nghiệp đại học chuyên ngành Tài chính, Kế toán, Kiểm toán hoặc các ngành liên quan.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or internal auditing, with strong analytical skills for identifying risks.
Có tối thiểu 3 năm kinh nghiệm trong tài chính, kế toán hoặc kiểm toán nội bộ, với kỹ năng phân tích mạnh để nhận diện rủi ro.
- Have over 1 year of experience in Performance Marketing; familiarity with tools such as Google Analytics is
a plus.
Có trên 1 năm kinh nghiệm trong Performance Marketing; quen thuộc với các công cụ như Google Analytics là một lợi thế.
- Professional certifications such as CIA, ACCA, or CPA are highly preferred.
Chứng chỉ chuyên môn như CIA, ACCA, CPA là một lợi thế lớn.
- Be proficient in managing audit records, contracts, and payment documents, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

- Be fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking) to work with international documents and foreign partners.

- Be proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with accounting software such as SAP, QuickBooks, or equivalent is a plus.
