DigiSource's client is Best Asian Marketing a company with a Head office in Kuala Lumpur and other offices in Bangkok, Phnom Penh, Manila.
We are seeking a Senior Assistant to support the Head of Marketing in daily operations, strategic planning, and overseeing the development of the Marketing department’s teams. The ideal candidate is a seasoned marketing leader with a background as a CMO or Marketing Manager, bringing hands-on experience in multinational corporations.
Job Description
Support the Head of Marketing in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, budgets, and long-term goals.Oversee departmental operations and facilitate the growth and development of various teams within the Marketing department.Coordinate and manage cross-functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and effective collaboration between departments.Analyze and report on marketing data, providing insights and strategic recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness and support business growth.Manage key tasks and monitor progress across teams, maintaining project timelines and quality standards.
Job Requirement
Experience: Minimum of 8 years in a CMO role or over 10 years as a Marketing Manager, with a proven track record in multinational corporations.Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related fieldLanguages: Fluency in English (both verbal and written) is mandatory.Advantage: Candidates with experience in international corporate environments will be highly regarded.Proficiency in strategic planning and performance reporting.Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and provide strategic recommendations.Effective time management and task-tracking abilities.Basic knowledge of Digital Marketing channels (Facebook, Google, TikTok, SEO) and Accounting principles.Location: Onsite Bangkok/Phnôm Pênh
