Job Description

  • Analyse data to identify growth opportunities and optimise marketing processes, including paid advertising campaigns, SEO optimisation, and A/B testing.
  • Develop growth strategies for the company’s products and services.
  • Optimise the sales funnel to improve conversion rates and customer retention.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as Product, Sales, and Customer Success to determine a comprehensive growth strategy. 
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to refine and optimise marketing strategies. 
  • Implement and manage paid advertising campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads) to maximise customer acquisition and drive growth. 

Job Requirement

  • High standards of confidentiality, integrity, and accuracy are essential. 
  • Ability to work in teams and withstand high work pressure, able to work overtime and always be ready in all situations.
  • Proactive in self-studying, analysis, and work optimisation. 
  • Demonstrate a high level of self-awareness and self-accountability.
  • Proactively report and update, monitor issues and self-resolve decisively. 
  • Careful, meticulous, and proactive with multi-dimensional thinking.
  • Ability to debate and think critically, with sharp analytical skills.
  • Must have 03 – 05 years of experience in growth marketing or digital marketing. 
  • Proficiency in data analysis and experience with tools such as Google Analytics, and Mixpanel. 
  • Solid understanding of A/B testing processes and Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO).
  • Proven experience in optimizing and executing advertising campaigns to achieve growth targets.

  • Salary: From 1,200$ - 3,500$, depending on the candidate's performance assessment.
